Katharina Bayer´s work explores daily relationships between people and architecture in public spaces, the tension between intimacy and anonymity. Her videos and photographs often revolve around selection from a given visual field. She studied architecture at the Technical University Graz in Austria. Currently she is studying fine arts at Zurich University of the Arts in Switzerland. In 2018 she studied abroad at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, SAIC.
