Raw Femme is a curated community of talented women and LGBTQ+ artists across visual arts, illustration, music, film, photography, design, and more. Through our Artist Connection Program, we connect clients seeking creative talent with the perfect artist for their project with a focus on representation and quality.

Unlike larger marketplaces, our goal is to provide personalized matchmaking and a community-focused approach that empowers artists and delivers meaningful, high-impact creative projects. Through these collaborations, we aim to bridge the gap for underrepresented creatives by connecting their extraordinary talent with the opportunities they deserve.
How It Works
- Submit Your Project — Share your creative brief to [email protected].
- We Curate Matches — We reach out to our artist network to find qualified, interested candidates.
- Receive Your Shortlist — We send you 3–5 artist profiles who are available and ready to discuss your project.
- Connect Directly — You and the artist handle contracts, payment, and creative collaboration directly.
Our Role
Raw Femme acts as a connector only — we facilitate introductions but do not manage the project outcome.
Pricing
Flat fee per project match request (rate set based on project scope and complexity).
We do not take fees or commissions from the artists — they keep 100% of their earnings. Your upfront payment covers our time and resources in curating, vetting, and connecting you with the right talent from our network.
Includes:
- Posting your project to our artist network
- Vetting responses for fit and availability
- Sending a shortlist of up to 5 interested artists
Does Not Include:
- Negotiating rates or contracts
- Handling payments between you and the artist
- Creative direction or project management
- Read all terms and conditions before proceeding.
