In God We Trust | Boss Lady Shana Tabor

In 2005, designer Shana Tabor was presented with the opportunity to open the first retail location of In God We Trust in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, New York. In 2007, she expanded to include a location in Soho and in 2008 added a location on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. In 2009 Tabor opened up a shop and studio space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and in July 2011 she expanded the In God We Trust mini-empire to include the latest location on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg.

Shana’s boutique embodies vintage and traditional New England appeal. You can find everything from timeless down shirts to – my favorite – customized jewelry. Her collection of brass hearts come equip with witty sayings such as – “Really F***in Cute” and “One Sick Bitch.” And if those personalizations don’t do the trick, Shana and her team offer custom engraving.
