I recently had the pleasure of meeting Samantha Rose Meyers while visiting the Life Cube Project in Downtown Las Vegas. Her work almost immediately caught my eye among the hundreds of paintings on the Cube walls. Sam has contributed two beautiful pieces, both exuberating color with a central focus of spirituality, love, and compassion. Sam is inspired by the Buddhism culture, mandala patterns, and portraits with unique backgrounds. She plans to create two additional paintings before the burning on April 2, 2016.

After talking with Sam, she explained that Art has been her passion since she was a child. She loves all forms of media art, including paints, micro pens, and prisma colors. Her technique is diverse and always improving. Some of her major influences include, Frida Khalo, Georgia O’Keffe, and Yoko Ono. It’s almost hard to believe this babe is only 18-years-old. The Las Vegas native will soon be attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Art with a minor in Business, with aspirations to one day own a coffee shop that promotes local artists in New York City.

Check out more of her work by visiting and following her social media accounts below. And if you’re in the Vegas area, I expect for you to pay a visit to the Life Cube and drool over her work in person. Sam will soon be launching a website where you can purchase her prints, stickers, tapestries, etc. Keep an eye out and support this talented little Femmebot.
