Support independent publishing and help us keep women-identifying and LGBTQ+ artists at the forefront.

In today’s society, gender inequity in the arts is still preventing women and women-identifying artists from reaching wider audiences in the mainstream, discouraging many to express themselves artistically.

NMWA Director Susan Fisher Sterling says, “People in the art world want to think we are achieving parity more quickly than we are.”

Raw Femme’s vision is to help increase the visibility of women in art, and close the gender gap between established and emerging artists.

Since 2013, the Latina-owned publication has placed a spotlight on the talent of emerging artists of every medium. This vision has quickly transformed our supporters into a society of ambitious, innovative women from around the world, united by the idea that “we belong”. We’ve celebrated the work of more than 3,000 artists, musicians, filmmakers, photographers, designers, and entrepreneurs through both our digital platform and via live performances and events.

100% of all contributions to our labor of love will provide the means to ensure that our platform remains active and accessible to everyone who breathes art and its many forms, as we continue to develop and increase the visibility of artists in the Las Vegas community and internationally. In addition, your contribution will provide financial resources to artists, cover production costs for our upcoming Raw Femme Festival, hire contributors and writers, and more.

We are not a Non-Profit organization, so your contribution does not constitute a charitable donation. But it will empower our mission to amplify and champion artists and creatives on a global scale. Any donation is a gift which provides us a way to make space for artists to be discovered, highlighted, and celebrated. We have accomplished so much in our short ~herstory~ but we are aiming above the ceilings. Please consider helping us build into the future of Raw Femme.

Our payment service, Stripe, provides strong encryption protection. You may read more about that here.
